I am an epidemiologist with research interests in gastrointestinal diseases and environmental health, including water pollution. As a research assistant, I conduct register-based epidemiological research on hemorrhoidal and other benign gastrointestinal diseases, as well as inflammatory bowel disease. My research focuses on understanding disease patterns, risk factors, and patient-reported health outcomes using large-scale population-based data.
My primary area of responsibility is gastrointestinal diseases including benign diseases such as hemorrhoidal disease, as well as inflammatory bowel disease.
