As a bookkeeping assistant, I manage the department’s operational and project finances. My responsibilities include invoicing, reimbursements, and project administration, including budgeting and financial guidance. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and have previously worked in municipal sector.

Job responsibilities

My primary area of responsibility is managing the day-to-day operational finances of the department, as well as overseeing the financial administration of external research projects. I also provide internal guidance/teaching to researchers in areas such as project finance, travel and reimbursement regulations, and grant applications/budgets.
