I am an epidemiologist with a background in public health, specializing in register-based research. My interest spans multiple fields, including cancer epidemiology, cancer screening methodology, and the intersection of mental and physical health. Currently, as a PhD student, my research focuses on the risk of somatic diseases in individuals with mental disorders, specifically investigating the association between mental disorders and venous thromboembolism
As a PhD student, I aim to investigate the risk of venous thromboembolism in persons with mental disorders. In addition, I teach epidemiology to medical students.
