I am a medical doctor and PhD student at Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus, Aarhus University. I do register-based research, using the Danish nationwide registers to study obesity, diabetes and cardiometabolic disease.
I also develop open-source tools that make register-based research easier and more reproducible. These include a registers-guide https://steno-aarhus.github.io/registers-guide/ and R packages such as fiktive, which generate synthetic Danish register data.
