I finished my Master of Health Science in 2011 and my PhD in 2020. Since 2011, using Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) in clinical practice has been the focus of my work and research.
My research interests include:
- PROs in remote care
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of PRO interventions in the healthcare system
- Implementation of complex PRO interventions in the healthcare system
- Nurses' perspectives on using PRO measures in remote care
- Measurement properties of PRO instruments
I have experience with several quantitative research designs, including randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, and cross-sectional studies. I have also been involved in several qualitative research studies.
My current research activities include:
- 2024 – 2026 Research program: 'User-driven treatment and digital solutions' (Co-head of program)
- 2024 – 2026 Research project: Inclusive and equitable use of digital PROs among older patients with cancer (PI)
