As a bookkeeper, I manage the department’s operational and project finances. In my work, I am responsible for invoicing, reimbursements, and project administration, including budgeting and financial guidance. I have a background in public administration combined with a Kommunom qualification, and I have previously worked in the Hospital Administration at Aarhus University Hospital.
My primary area of responsibility is managing the day-to-day operational finances of the department, as well as overseeing the financial administration of external research projects. I also provide internal guidance/teaching to researchers in areas such as project finance, travel and reimbursement regulations, and grant applications/budgets.
