• Jenny Winkler, PhD, MPH is a facilitator, mediator, restorative justice specialist and public health professional.
• She brings her communication and mediation skills to her work as a facilitator and designer of interactive workshops and retreats in a global health context. She has implemented restorative justice work in schools, in prisons, on college campuses, in the broader community and in restorative community conferencing.
• Dr. Winkler provides support to groups in developing their skills in communication, conflict management and restorative practices.

I work on international health research partnerships, focusing on collaborations between U.S. and global institutions to tackle streptococcal infections, venous thromboembolism and support the development of a global medical record. By bringing together researchers, coordinating joint projects, and finding new funding opportunities beyond traditional government sources, my goal is to help teams share knowledge and achieve stronger results. This work supports scientists, healthcare providers, and communities in developing better ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat disease.
