I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Clinical Epidemiology at Aarhus University. My main research focus is on studying the mental-physical health interface, particularly using data from national registers.
I am predominantly interested in investigating questions concerning both the aetiology of co-occurring mental and physical health conditions and the consequences of such co-occurrences. I am keen to use observational data for drawing causal inferences, particularly through complex evidence triangulation approaches, consisting of, among other things, complementary use of national register-based data and genetic data.
