I focus on clinical and translational research in the field of endocrinology and substrate metabolism revolving around the pituitary and the adrenals. We currently hold 5 grants focusing on assessment of adrenocortical function in health and disease, the interaction between growth hormone (GH) and ketone bodies, GH and lean mass preservation during wegovy treatment, and cabergolin as preventive treatment of episodic migraine.
I work with in-house groups from Biomedicine and groups at Aarhus University Hospital. I also work with groups from Odense University Hospital, and Zach Gerhart-Hines and coworkers at University of Copenhagen. I also work with several international colleagues and networks.
