5-10% of cancer patients have an inherited gene variant that influences cancer development. Screening for hereditary cancer risk is crucial for tailoring treatment and preventing future cancers in patients and their families.
In both my clinical work and research, I am dedicated to developing diagnostic methods, risk communication, and follow-up for patients with hereditary cancer risk.
