We have reached full capacity for the NorPEN 2019 meeting. If your abstract was accepted for presentation and you have not yet registered, please contact us at norpen2019@clin.au.dk as soon as possible.

It is possible to make three types of registrations for NorPEN 2019

Pre-course only
Pre-course and annual meeting
Annual meeting only

Pre-course, 13-14 Nov.

DKK 750 (approx. 100 euro) incl. VAT

The registration fee includes:

Afternoon coffee/tea with cake and fruit on Wednesday
Morning coffee/tea with a bun and fruit on Thursday

12th annual NorPEN meeting, 14-15 Nov.

Early bird offer - until 3 September

DKK 1,425 (approx. 190 euro) incl. VAT

Late registration

DKK 1,655 (approx. 220 euro) incl. VAT

The registration fee includes:

Morning coffee/tea with a snack/bun and fruit Thursday and Friday
Lunch Thursday and Friday
Afternoon coffee/tea with cake and fruit Thursday and Friday
Conference dinner Thursday evening
Bus from Moesgaard to Aarhus Thursday evening
Bus from Aarhus to Moesgaard Friday morning
Note: pre-course registration is NOT included
