The Highly Cited Researchers list recognizes influential researchers from around the world. The list is compiled annually by Clarivate, using data from the Web of Science Core Collection and qualitative analysis by experts. The researchers on the list have authored several highly cited papers, placing them in the top 1% of citations within their respective field and publication year.

For Henrik, this marks his 8th consecutive year, and Hans Erik returns after also making the list in 2021 and 2022.

This recognition is the result of impressive efforts by the two professors but also reflects the great teamwork behind their research – thank you to all colleagues, collaborators, and funders who made this possible.
