Professor Alma Becic Pedersen has received a grant of DKK 175,000 from the Danish Rheumatism Association for a project with the title ‘Multimorbidity and complications after total hip arthroplasty for osteoarthritis: Interactions with co-medication, socioeconomic status, and social isolation’.

Research year student Ida Marie Melsen har received a scholarship of DKK 120,000 from ‘Fonden af 17-12-1981’ to work on a project with the title ‘Use of opioids in elderly patients sustaining hip fracture: time trends and impact on mortality’.
